The Bale Grist Mill
In our opinion, this is the finest grist mill available in model kits. The pilot model in HO scale was built by Swiss master modeler Heinz Weber in collaboration with Tom & Julie Andersen.

Wood Structure Kits
This is our newest line of kits, kicking off with the Contention City Depot, Contention City, Arizona, circa 1882.
Contention City was founded in 1879, it's post office opened in 1880 & closed in 1888. The station was built in 1882. Contention featured three stamp mills processing silver ore from it's own mines, & those of Tombstone, Arizona, just southeast of Contention. It's location was chosen because of the water available from the San Pedro River. The town's demise was because of the flooding of all the silver mines in the area.
At 36' wide and only 10' deep (excluding the platform) this station can easily fit into most layouts. Its western town look with board & batten siding & wood planked platform capture the classic look of the old west.
The kit can be assembled by most modelers in a weekend or several weeknights.
